I understand that every person’s experience is unique, and I take a warm, compassionate, and individualized approach. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered as we work together toward healing and growth. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
When I’m not in the office, you can often find me reading, crocheting, or spending time with my Dalmatians.
